I am planning on reinstalling windows on my computer, but I thought I'll need to keep some things, like Clip Studio(Pro 1.6.2.). If I open informations in my program, I can only see 3/5th of my license number, rest is in xxx.

I found something similiar and followed it to Celsys' site in japanese and somehow found the page where my registered products should be displayed, but there was nothing and site said no activated product was found. I couldn't find the mail either, possibly because I have it since the end of 2014 and it seems gmail deleted some old old mails so I can no longer find it. I have this big part of the key, and whole program working, I just don't know if simply logging in would work, or if I'll need to find whole key somehow to make it work again after reinstalling windows, any ideas how to find it? When you say 'license' do you mean the serial number/code? I had this problem back about a year ago. If you remember what account/email you used to purchase the program with, I'm pretty sure you can log into Content Paradise the CSP rep directed me here when I had the problem.

Then you can click on 'View Account', then 'View My Order History'. You should have a small list of information there - click on the order id number for whatever version of CSP you have Your serial should be in there! Don't worry if the download is expired; you can download a more recent version here, but you probably already know that! Hope this helps! Probably the key it didnt appear in the japanese site cause both version are different and the licences bougth for the english (and the ther languages) does not work in the japanesse version. Try searching an specific mail in gmail.

Type someting like 'Celsys' or 'paypal' licence' in the searching box, then gmail will load all the emails related to those words. It if doenst work maybe trying contacting the support team would do, here:Good luck!
