I purchased my hp computer from HP 4/26/2014 my order number is H129504121 the only product numbers on my emailed receipt is listed under the computer i purchased number: F9A61Av#ABA, that looks like your product # under that number is a serial number. Then listed are what came with computer, microsoft office home & business 2013, no product key number is listed next to the software name. We did not receive a cd to install i would have saved if we did. It must have been installed already. Don't you have this info on file with my order number?
